Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SupplierFindr (the "Service"), operated by CEO Empire LLC ("SupplierFindr," "we," "us"). By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. What SupplierFindr does

SupplierFindr matches you with a verified supplier contact (typically a WhatsApp number) for the niche or business model you select in our short questionnaire. We are a matching and introduction service — we are not a supplier, manufacturer, marketplace, or party to any transaction you enter into with a matched contact.

2. Purchases and pricing

Reselling matches are priced at a flat rate per niche selected, shown at checkout before you pay. Dropshipping fulfillment matches are priced based on the capabilities you request (e.g. Shopify integration, custom branding, order volume), also shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by CEO Capital; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery of your match

Once payment is confirmed, your matched supplier contact(s) are sent to the email address you provide. Most matches are delivered within minutes. If we're still finalizing a contact for your specific niche, we'll email you an update and follow up as soon as it's ready.

4. Your relationship with matched suppliers

Any agreement, order, payment, or dispute between you and a matched supplier is strictly between you and that supplier. SupplierFindr is not responsible for the quality, pricing, delivery, or conduct of any supplier we introduce you to, though we do vet suppliers before adding them to our network (see our Refund Policy for what happens if a match turns out not to be verified).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, attempting to resell or redistribute supplier contacts in bulk, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplierFindr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with a matched supplier. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
